Christmas 2014

I'd like to file a complaint to the Christmas complaint department.

My complaint is about all the complaints!

Yes… I know its hypocritical. Thanks for pointing that out.

Can we agree that this Christmas season we are not going to complain about:

The carols starting early

The lines at the stores

"Xmas" (the X is a symbol for Jesus any way so just settle down)

All the money we spend

Whether people say "happy holidays" vs "merry Christmas"

Whether or not Jesus was born on December 25th

or any of the other ridiculousthings we cry baby about…

Right now I am sipping a hot beverage, listening to Kenny G play Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow, and dreaming about how to make the next few weeks awesome!

Let's buy hot beverages for strangers that are in line with us.

Invite the neighbors over for dinner.

Give that perfect parking space up for someone else.

Let's take actual action to bring actual joy to actual people in our lives as well as strangers that may need a little love.

Lastly can we put some energy into being really good to ourselves and just chilling out a little?
